Congrats! Size doesnt matter, it is meat and always an accomplishment :D
To be a vegetarian is to listen to the live carrot gradually screaming as it drowns in a pot of boiling water …. Which is more ethical to you ??

Congrats on your opening day bird! Did you take him in the Beller River area?

Got to love to be able to have the opportunity to hunt turkeys. Maybe someday there will be wild turkeys in Nova Scotia. They are working on it. They have them in the next door province of New Brunswick so hopefully soon here also. I don't know if I will ever get to hunt a turkey in Nova Scotia but hopefully my grandson, Landon will. Meat on table is better than not at all, congrats.
Thanks for showing us, I appreciate it.
Thanks,
Raymond

See, that's not the right attitude. That's a "glass half empty" outlook. A better way of looking at it is that this one will be your most tender bird ever.

Congrats on the Thunder Chicken belle! :D
