That was Big Johns tent with the lightening around it .
Figured since Laura started the post of pictures this was as good a place as any .
Started my trip alittle late . With a nice sunrise .


Some people in the shade telling and listening to the many stories .


A picture of the elusive but infamous Dan Miller . Almost like getting a picture of Bigfoot .

Now here is Paul with his best friends . While he had food !!!



My patient neighbours for the weekend from Maine . Ended up sleeping in the back of the Yukon after the rains . At least that way they didn`t have to listen to me do my best imitation of a bear .

Finally here is a short video of the Boofest park grounds just before noon . I really wanted to take more pictures but it is hard for me to talk , drink and take pictures . So I really knuckled down and tried to at least perfect the first two .
The list is long for all the great people I met this weekend .
So hopefully the year is good to all of you . Till we meet again maybe next year.

Seeing that she laughed about it the whole time and was not even mad, maybe next year we get everyone to run over it in the driveway on the way in and she could laugh for weeks about it! LOL

I also had a gr8 weekend and enjoyed meeting the new people and the old I met before. Thanks to all that I had the fortune to shoot with.

Thanks to Don and family and all the helpers for there hospitality even though they stuck me in a bush away from all the people. Reserve the same spot next year.

Thanks to Excalipur for factory tour. All I can say it was amazing. Learned I am a proud owner of 1 of only sixty bows produced like it.

Holy cow this event will someday be as big as Sturgis . Talk about drawing from far and wide and from as close as Newcastle .
Off the top of my head .

Great pictures everyone. For some reason I managed to miss meeting Laura . I put my pics on Facebook but it is a long process to get them on here and I still dont have fast internet yet. It took me almost 2 hrs to post them on there. Not sure if there is a way they can be linked on here. But anyone that wants to see them can let me know how to look them up and I can add them to my FB page.

Well I sure would not want to have to live with VixChix if I had run over her bow. But what I would like to know ........ is who taught the dogs to wash her bow for her.

IT sure was a great time and my sides are still hurting from all the laughing. Great times with great people again this year. Thanks to all that showed up and maybe, if there is another year, we will be able to put more faces to the names on here.

Well Kathy and I had a great great time!!!,She has said that we will be back if theres another!I myself not sure just because if your going to DRY FIRE your bow the less people the better all in all it was great to meet everybody not going to name people as i will forget someone but we had a blast!Thanks again to Don/Karen for putting on a great weakend and not sure but i was not the only one in the dry fire club but what happens at BooFest stays at boofest PS somebody needs to turn the heat down next year

laura i had no idea the only thing comfy bear does better than strings is wine . hes a master . told him i spent 7 weeks working in Italy and loved the red wine .thats all he needed to hear .brought out some of his finest for a glass very nice wine . nice to meet you face to face .sorry i had no idea you where on your way out and did not have a chance to say goodbye .

I hate goodbye's no matter where I am. I enjoyed meeting every single person there. I can't do the 'tent camping' thing anymore but I LOVE being with like-minded people and just hanging out. Two days isn't enough time to talk to all of you like I would like.
