Thanks folks! :D

Been working on getting her cleaned up, cut up, and frozen. As usual, Mongo my little squirrel dog (and my buddy) stays pretty much by my side the whole time......... Well, he stays by the deer meat anyway.

Even after I get up from the table, he's still standing guard over the deer meat, trying to use The Force.

Deer is definitely a favorite of both hunters and man's best friend. When I was at the packing house last year I asked for a couple bones for the boys and the next thing I know they had. Couple 50gal bags full of good legs, ribs and other assorted delights. By the time I got through cooking and giving all the bones away I think every dog in town had a good feast.
