new jewelry

Post by wabi »

Got my new jewelry in the mail today!
Never been one to wear such things as wrist watches or rings because of the possible work hazards they present (ever drop hot solder on a wedding band and you'll know why mine's in the safe  ).

So what to wear? ? ? ? ?

How about a new necklace?

Well, it might as well be useful, too!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another DaGriz classic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll bet Darrel never thought he was creating such fine jewelry when he was hammering out the damascus for the knife.

Yes, Darrel
I added an elastic cord to the sheath to carry it.

Darrel - a.k.a. DaGriz here on the forum. He sometimes offers them for sale in the "trading post" section of the forum.

I'd post a pic of our collection of DaGriz knives, but I had a toenail removed by the podiatrist this morning and I don't feel like walking to my shop to get the ones out of our (my son's & mine) hunting pack.
He's made a skinner for my son, a knife/fork set for camping for my son, a filet knife, a small damascus (small game/paring) knife, and the neck knife for me. All of them have been top quality!
