If I remember right, Hearing enhancers are not allowed in WI for hunting. For people requiring hearing aids, that is ok.

Scott, I use the Walker Game Ear HD. It works well on enhancing sound. The only knock I have on them is the direction which you think the game or sound is truly coming from. Sounds like the left coming from the right. Money is tight but two is the way to go. That is to get true since of direction.

I survived my little procedure this morning. For those of you that have not had the colonoscopy experience, I'll give you a very brief review.

It really not a big deal as long as you take a few precautions. The day before the procedure is the roughest . . .the rest you can survive easily.

Drinking the magic solution that instantly turns poop into pee isn't that bad. However, after you have consumed the solution, then make sure you stay on the toilet. DO NOT LEAVE IT!

Fluids coming from that area of the body can and will become projectiles. There is no such thing as a fart at that point . . .it's liquid muscle and it's deadly.

I have not spent that much time on the porcelain throne since my college days.

Eating heavily two days before the procedure in prepration of not being able to eat for 24 hours is not a suggestion I would make either. . . .makes the "after solution" moments even more wicked. Seemed a good idea at the time.

Once you sit down, stay down . . .the motion of getting up can increase the power of the liquid muscle and it can hit the water with enough force to actually splatter the walls and cause verbage to come out of your spouse's mouth that you neither want to see nor hear.

The day of the event is simple enough. It's similiar to going to Six Flags . . .long wait in line, put to sleep, wake up in what seems like 2 minutes(actually 30 minutes) and I was very well rested. Best 30 minutes of sleep I've had in a long time . . .still not worth the four hours in the bathroom the night before.

I was a little droggy for another 15-20 minutes and after that, all was fine.

Got a clean bill of health . . .all is good.

The doctor did wear a camo jacket, so, he must be OK.

I'm feeling much better now that I got some food in me, but, still don't trust my farts.
