Aboot 5-6 yrs ago, once I got my 1st Excal, I was like most of y'all, starved for xbow forums, found over 15.

My favorite at the time was HNI, which is dead today. It was there I met a guy from Southern Canada [SC] and a guy from Northern Canada [NC].

I hit it off w/ SC, told him just to meet him and shake his hand would be a thrill. Low and behold, he shows up in my drive w/ a couple of buds. Over 1200 miles one way.......

I met NC recently but couldn't spend much time w/ him, I was caravaning to Boofest and he wasn't attending. My loss, I'm sure.

We were all great friends back in the HNI days, a time I'd like to return to, but alas, too many bridges have been burned in the interim.

Somewhere, somehow, it all went South. NC hates SC and does his best [very acclomplished at this] to make him look bad in public. Bad bad juju.

I've done my best to make peace to no avail and I was there for it all, trust me.

Bstout has taken the high road. He doesn't care for SC much either, mostly over trigger jobs and string making. I respect him for his silence.

NC, you are so wrong about SC in so many ways, I realize it's futile to go over them again, but enough is enough. I'm asking you as a friend and fellow xbower to quit. I've given you a lot over the years and it's payback time now, here, today.

Can you man up and do it?

Had good chat with a mutual friend today, was just about to back down (per his request) until I seen Boos new signature.
Basic translation.. "Kiss my ass".. You know, words of an angel.
I am retracting my opinion to back off, not really my style anyways, respect for Dan is all that keeps me at bay anyways.
I said I would back off due to a a respectful persons wishes, then I seen the "kiss my ass", now, I am all in.
Who wants to discuss "fixed giveaways"? I mean, when you ask a valued person to donate a product then "fix" the outcome..

I spent my day reconsidering all I have been saying because of your words, but getting back to my computer and seeing that, you have to understand my position.
