Matrix Impressions

Well went and tried all three new Matrix models today.
HOLY CRAP!!!! They are SWEET Bows!!!
First of all noticed how much lighter they are. Makes them feel alot different. Then you notice how much narrower they are, makes a huge difference!!! Huge!
Then it has been shortened to fit entirely different in your grip. The forend and trigger hand grips are rubber inlay, beauty to hold and grip. No more worries about string hitting your fingers anymore either! And the scope is freakin Beauty!!! The reticles are changed and marked to sixty as well as windage, all lite up!
Overall, Excellent Bows!!!!

Speed and shooting, much faster!!! But only 18" arrows.
I believe I will use 19"in. Blazing quick!!! No dissapator bars and the S5 are changed as well with the New riser.
Which is much stronger and robust. So now my only problem is:

Boo can you make me a shorter string now???

Yes!!! I bought the Matrix 355!!!
Cocking is about the same as vortex until the last two or so inch's. Then it feels like a Max.

Great looking xbows. Only trouble is my state has a 200 pound max draw weight. Sure would be nice if they could tame it down a touch. A smaller shorter xbow is the cats a$$. I'd love it, you guys are lucky if it is leagle in your neck of the woods

Hi John---What made you choose the 355 over the 380 ?
Without getting into price.What features could you live without on the 355 that are on the 380?
How much noisier is the 355 without the noise suppressor system ?
Having small hands and a short draw I find this new bow interesting; especially the pistol grip stock.
Any comments would be appreciated. Thank you.

Holy cow alot of pm's over this Bow!!!
First of all, I think the trigger looks a bit different, feels a bit different, but not 100% sure it is yet.
Second I chose the 355 over the 380 because of my disability, and my back would probably fold!!!
And I think the speed of the 355 is blazing fast already.
But the 380 is a full camo pattern like the Equinox and the 355 is not. The rail is regular Aluminum gray. I just like it better. It's only my preference. I can see many people lining up for the 380 Matrix though.
Third, yes I will make arrows for them. I've always made arrows any size, length, and weight, and brand all along already.

Damn Happy to hear that John! Pretty well made up my mind to take your advice (380 Camo Please ) the instant they come out with the Bare Bones version. Was hoping that would be your answer!

Now to get ahold of Boo and try to change my string order...
