(Got so drunk I ate a plate of escargot at a dinner. Not sure if they were wild, but I probably was. :shock: Another reason I quit drinking! :lol: :lol: :lol: )

As most of you know, there is an extensive bird banding and migration mapping project in North America. One of the main player is the Washington Biological Service, who, on their bird leg-bands puts Wash. Biol. Serv. as a contact for those who recover bands. One day they got a letter from a farmer that went as follows:

Deer Sur, I shot one a them crows youze let go up ther. He wuz pesterin my chikns. The wife folowed yer cookn instrucshons and they ain't worth $hit.

Isn't muctuk raw narwhale skin? Is it any good? Seems like you could fry it like pork cracklins and it would be ok. :roll:
