well, honestly , that depends on the situation... i normally, like the treestand i would say99% of the time.. mostly because where i hunt is fairly open and i can see a long ways and lots of shooting opportunities... some places i go to, i use the blind.. either because of high winds, rain or the upper canopies of the trees is pretty thick and i have a better chance on the ground.. like i say, each scenario offers different hunting perspectives.

I use both but perfer tree stands unless it is pouring rain. My blinds get used a lot during Turkey season.

I started deer hunting in 1988 and hunt my stand sites according to condition. My deer hunting history is about 50/50 hunting from the ground and in tree stands. My kill ratio as about the same, 50/50. No preference here, I like both.

I also use both
When I am trying to move in and out quick and light I use a Ghost blind.
The only suggestion do not sit up for hogs
I used one and left out with out pulling it out also.

I prefer to hunt from the ground in a ghille suit. I generally just "brush myself in". I love the up close and personal feel that way.

I use both and have been successful in both, use whatever suits your situation, both have their positives and negatives.

:D i like a 2 man tree stand, plenty of room to move and get comfy with a good shooting rail. a blind when it's rainy,or real windy out.
