Felt obligated to create a new user name to post this it will be the only post from this name

This site has become a place run by a clique .

You are only welcome if you have an opinion that aligns with them.

I have been a member here for a long time so yes I have seen it all.

Is Excalibur a great bow Yes is it the be all and end all no.

Let's do away with the Elitest attitude and enjoy all opinions even if they differ from yours.

In defence of the forum ...
although i have only been here 2-3 years now i feel i can speak my mind
..i have seen some spatter here and there...
even put my two cents in somtimes..
But also i have seen many many acts of kindness .
every day youll see folks praying for one another ..giving encouragement..and helping any way they can..thats rare and worth noting..
I dont feel that im in a clique..nor do i think there is one.
but i will stand up for my friends..and this forum...
I have noticed a very nice atmosphere on here in the last two weeks.
and i saw guys working out their differences..it impressed me too ...
but you posting in secret...hmm not impressed..

sorry you feel that way, i think it's a great forum, with the best people around. sounds like you need to go cbn and see how it is over there. i was a member there before here, and didn't like it at all. i call this place home.

I dont do clicks. cant even spell it. All i know is that someones is a dufas i dont care for em, if your a decent dude it shows.

Yeah, if you only have 10 posts its hard to get to know ya. Those that post often you get a feel for. It can lead to the impression of there being a clique i suppose. This is generally a very welcoming forum. Get out there and make yourself known

I think no matter where you go or do there will always be cliques of some sort .
But the clique on here is so diverse that it is hard to define .
Lets examine the criteria to be in this clique .
1. Do you hunt
2. Do you want to hunt
3. Do you know someone who hunts
4. Do you shoot some sort of weapon ie rifle,shotgun,muzzleloader or archery .
5. Do you care about other persons trials and tribulations .
We all have opinions . They may not always be liked but that is what makes us human .
So yes there is a clique here .

If I want to interact about other kinds of bows, I go to forums that feature them. This is the EXCALIBUR forum. Out of respect of that fact, I don't even mention the other bows I own by brand. We are kindred spirits, don't want to be part of that, you are as free to leave as you were to join us.

I feel it is necessary to bring to light that there are cliques.... Yep! It's all you pank dudes! There's no need for it. It makes me feel out of place. And while we are at it you Village People are no better either! And a general thrashing might as well include those with a "different" sense of humor like Bigcal, Oneshotscott and Wheelie.

There are people here that has been in this forum a long time and im sure they have become closer for that and there are some that do know each other on a personal level so its natural that they are somewhat different ...Clicks? maybe but you have different clicks everywhere you go.
I To am sorry you feel that way and i wish you can see this group of people for what they are ....just great people that share the love for hunting,crossbows ect.
As for me i like to get along with everyone and learn what i can,help when i can and yes there are some elite people here that are right dam smart and have gifts that are always willing to use to help each other out .
Just how i see it

....by the way im not in a click or grove nor am i elite in anyway ..I stand alone but will stand with anyone thats willing to get along

I climb and climb up the big mountain of life reaching for the "click". Then I show up for a party and they stick me in the back forty away from everyone, I wade around long grass up to my arm pits all weekend and trying to peek through a bush and long grass to see where everyone is. Then leaving they threaten me to shoot my trailer door with darn potato cannons. So I started climbing up that big mountain all over again. And those are my friends!
