Message from New President

Post by Rob Dykeman »

Hi Guys,

Sorry its taken so long to post, but I've been busy trying to fill the big shoes left behind by Bill & Kath.
It's a great honour to be chosen as the leader of a company that for the past 30 years has put quality of product and customer service as their foremost priority and I can ensure you that it will remain that way for the next 30 years.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank every Excalibur owner for their loyalty and support in making the Excalibur brand as strong as it is today. Its a known fact around here that our best sales people are you guys, your loyalty and devotion is overwhelming and very much appreciated !

You wont hear much from me as we have a great staff that does an excellent job monitoring our forum and keeping me updated.

Best of luck hunting and I hope you guys continue to help educate the newbies on the great sport of crossbow shooting and hunting.

Thanks for touching base, Great to hear you have the same customer service priorities as bill and Kathy did , its one of the biggest reasons aside from a quality product that I purchased an Excal :D

Awesome nice to read your words.

Quality is first for me, Customer Service is always a strong second and Warranty a third hoping I will never need it, but is there if things go wrong. If the first two don't exist then the product isn't for me and no words of an awesome warranty will convince me otherwise.

Welcome and Thank you,
Andrew

As long as this company sticks to their guns since day one they have nothing to worry about. I am sure the new pres will continue that legacy. Must be nice to retire and know your business is in good hands :)

Hey Rob, welcome. Thanks for letting us meet you here on the forum. We too are honored to have someone like you heading up Excalibur. I hope Bill doesn't get completely out. He has created a lot of friends here and a wonderful product which he stands behind. Keep up the good work. These are a bunch of wild and crazy guys and gals here who have the blue Excalibur color in our blood. Some even have it tatooed to their leg and heavens knows where else. LOL... Thanks for visiting us on the forum and thanks for the Videos on on The Sporting Channels. When will we get to see you behind an Excal facing down a big Bear, or Elk, or Deer?
Thanks again....Wayne

Greetings Rob! Nice to know someone who understands the value of service will be in charge of an already great company. I was glad to see Arrowtrade's 10 pages of pictures and information on the Excalibur plant and crew!

Thanks for taking the time To 'meet' us, Rob. Great group of guys here with lots of Excalibur experience and knowledge. For example, I made my own string stopper some yr before the S5 hit the shelves (which I shared here). There are others who have made similar 'improvements' on their Excals and shared them willingly.
Vortex, Phoenix, single-shot rifles and handguns.
Incurable tinkerer.
Why hunt? Simple, it's BASIC. Why breath?!
