Re: Flat nocks??
I go with aluminum whenever possible. A cracked plastic nock taught me that. However, some of the current plastic nocks are quite well made and tough. Just be sure to check them before each shot in case one gets hit by another arrow.

Re: Flat nocks? Reusable ??
Here is a stupid question from me about the same nocks and bolts. . I'm just getting into xbows. Actually my Exocet 200 was delivered by UPS this morning and is sitting at home and here I am stuck at work for 5 more hours. But enough whining from me.
I'm also ordering some BE Executioner Bolt and was wondering the same thing, and finally decided to pay the extra $8 a doz and use the aluminum flat nocks.
My question is.. Are they reusable? I assume they're like regular arrows and you do not glue the nocks in? After my new batch of BE Executioner Bolts wear out, can I reuse the undamaged aluminum flat nocks in some new BE Executioner Bolts?

Re: Flat nocks??
I always glue my aluminum nocks in, if I need to take them out I just screw a field point in the end of the aluminum nock and heat the field point up until the aluminum nock pulls out.

Re: Flat nocks??
I recently received some GTII aluminum flat nocks to try out in BE arrows. Two of six fit in tight, the other four were loose and I did not want to glue them. I had a roll of the clear sealing tape used to seal packages for shipping so I cut a small piece and wrapped it on the insert of the nock. Fit like a glove. Shoots good and will come out when I want it to. And virtually no weight gain.
