Excal could say most anything that they didn't put on the model or their optional accessories!

What are you saying. Keep your old parts in case? Get to sticky and they may just become another crossbow company. But I can see it with people making Franknbows.

I would like to think if you have a problem with your crossbow the best thing to do is tell them the truth and let them hopefully handle it the way they have in the past.

Warrenties involving aftermarket parts or modifications have always been done at Excal's discretion. Historically Excal has been very generous when handling issues even if they were technically outside the warranty policy. I wouldn't be surprised if those times are changing to a degree. Roly, I don't know that an aftermarket string would be an issue but I'm sure that there are some of the more bizzare "warranty" claims may run into problems in the future.

I really doubt they wouldn't honor the limb warranty. As i make the same string they have as their optional one. I actually make mine 2-4 strands more fer more safety.

I am not Lucas & i don't speak on their behalf. I think they are lettin us knowed that there has been some warranty issues that went beyond the bounds of being fair to the customer. Some ppl. cobbled other Companys limbs or mainframes or trigger units. Then when there is a malfunction or torn up Excal, they send it in fer repairs like it was Excals fault!

I could buy eight of my all alunimum little bows for the price of Matrix 380. Shoot it a lot. Love the little thing with a ten pound trigger.   Even had a robinhood with it today at 12 yards. Just not enough power for arrows to stick together. Arrow went in the other a 1/2 inch then fell out on spam floor.
