Matrix hard case options

Post by Dash »

Has anyone tried the matrix in the smaller hard cases like the "Plano 1131 Bowmax" ?
By length & width it looks like it would fit, but the case has got an irregular shape near the limb tip area that may obstruct the bow. If you've tried any hard cases please let me know. I'd like a hard case but not as huge as the manta.

The Mantra always looks smaller in the store, the when you buy it and try to put it in your car you realize the size of it lol

Another option which I think I am going to next is a a double rifle or or double shotgun case, a few people here use them.

Its just two screws and everyone says the POI does not change at all. I am also thinking of this bow case.

Yeah I have thought of using the bow case. But you know what its like, when everything is set perfect I prefer to leave it set up if possible.

$50T...thats a bloody good price !

The smaller case works great. You might want to put in thicker foam where the limbs go. Stirrup stays on. The only problem I have is Munch Mount has to be taken off, but using wing bolts, it's real easy.
