Matrix 380 Splintered Limb

Ok bought the 380, traded in my vortex which was less than a year old. Spent a couple hours sighting it in. Put 15-20 bolts through it. Noticed something strange on the inside of the left limb. Yes it was splintered. Went back to my dealer this morning. He took one look at it and said I've got a new one upstairs. Replaced my bow, arrows, and all and I walked out with a brand new one no questions asked. Now that's service!

That's why I bought an Excalibur and that's why I shop at Al's Corner Store, Arnprior, Ontario Canada.

My limbs splintered after 20 shots Excalibur replaced both limbs.

I don't have a Matrix but I am glad Excalibur made my crossbow (exomax). And my daughter has a Phoenix. Excalibur is the best and has the best service and warranty period.

I have around 30 shots through my 380 and all looks good so far.

Ive lost count on how many shots I have I would guess a bazillion and no splinters

Have about 40 bolts thru the replacement matrix....all is well so far
