fixing up the feeder for him. You know, Bears don't like Lions. Chicago Bears that is.
I like Bears in general & to eat. My Pa used to hound hunt them on the West coast when he was in the Navy. Hounds tree them he would shoot them wid his Rem. model 141 .35. We would clean n eat them. No huntin allowed fer them here. So i watch them through my feeder cam. I jus hope he doesn't take to breakin every pvc feeder i put out.

Thats a good size bear, my yogi and cubs was nice last year and ate the corn but left my feeder intact, but i hope they do not come back this year because once bears show up the deer detour around the area.

You need to put out donuts for him.
It might distract him from the feeder.

Vixenmaster the bears tore a couple of our feeders up until we hung the feeders in the trees. We use steel cable with ours on a pulley system and boat winch to crank the feeders up and down. The cable is spread out between 2 trees about 20 feet off the ground so the bears can't get to them.

I have several older pictures of the bears looking up at the feeders and climbing the trees closet to the feeders to no avail, sometimes they will just lay under it and wait for the feeder to go off and run all the deer away when they do that.
