Thumbs up for Dawn/Excal and Woodys

I don't post on here often so many of you don't know me well. Just wanted to say how great Excalibur and Woodys CS are. I had a splinter in one the limbs on my 380. Anything can happen, even to the 4x4 of crossbows. Dealer called Dawn at Excalibur on Monday, by Thursday at 11:00 Woodys had the new limbs to my dealer in NC from PA. Like I said anything can happen its how a company deals with a warranty claim I'm most concerned about and I could not have asked for better treatment than Dawn and Woodys.

Dawn, great gall she is. A Gem just like Excalibur.

I too have sent questions to Dawn. I was very pleased with her quick response and helpfulness.

Dawn is one of the greatest assets Excal has. She goes the extra mile to help and serve.
