My Dilemma

Please Help Me Decide - These three bucks have been showing up at our feeder at least every other night (along with 3 other smaller 6 to 8 pts) . Which would you target? Would you pass up a shot at #1 for #2 or #3?

Some nice looking deer you have. Personally I would put an arrow through whichever one gave me the first opportunity. Good luck to you.

Plenty of Arrows - Only one Bow Tag (we rifle hunt at my in-laws farm) - These are running around our 15 acres where we live just out side the city. Legal to rifle hunt, but difficult due to small parcels and proximity of the neighbors so not too much rifle pressure in our immediate area. Hopefully I can get one and my teenager can get one of the others.

Honestly you had me at the 10 pt. If the sun came up and I happened to see all three of those beauties standing in front of me (after my hands stopped shaking and I recovered from a heart attack), I would probably take the 13 pt and hope the other two make it through to next year and breed some more future big rack bucks. I think the 9 and 10 pt bucks have the better genetics for future herd development potential but you better have the place locked down as all of them boys are definitely wall hangers in my neck of the woods.

The 9 and 10 are plain beautiful. The 13 is a little weird. We've been watching him for about 2 months and rack is looking better as the season progresses. There are some good genes currently in the are area. I caught this monster on our trail cam once 2 years ago. A friends brother in-law shot it on the last day of bow season in the Quarter across the road from us. Looks like the daddy of the at least a couple of current boys showing up.

PS - To find the trail cam, just head about 60 yards past our barn, just a little down the hill.

Personally of the 3 i would take the 9 pt if'en i was lookin fer a Rack. It has the longest tines best eye guards of the 3. Can't tell about spread from the view but he would be my 1st choice

I think #1 & 2 are the same deer .Look at the rear quarter leg .It has the same tumor in the same place .I could be wrong though .

I looked at all 3 deer didn't see the rear leg tumor. 1 & 2 diff, 1 is a 10 pt 2 is a 13 pt

#1 and #2 are definitely different deer. I've got about 100 pictures of each. These were the best angles to show off side view. #2 has a Split Right Bow Tine. I think these #1 & #2 might be brothers as they are often together.
