Do the Nikon and Hawke both have speed rings?
Also, if you want something on the list let me know but this is for my personal scope selection.

I voted for the Vari-zone, because they can be had new for about $80. They do the job......

For the price the Vari-Zone is the way to go, but I just mounted a Leupold Crossbones and it is bad to the Bone!!!

Definitely not looking to spend over a hundred for a scope. Sure hope the Leupold is awesome for that price! I've already spent enough to fill my freezer with beef, but that wouldn't be much fun though, would it.

Hawke for me.

I like the Excal scopes but the Chevrons drive me up the wall..

Hawke or Nikon. The excal scopes aren't close to either in quality or performance.

Me too . . .personally, it's worth the extra $$ and I don't say that very often.

I should receive the Nikon hopefully today. Ordered a refurb and got it for under $120.

We're shooting top of the line crossbows, why not have great optics on em  but that's just me!
Head on down to your local sporting goods shop an take a look see thru several different scopes, you'll be amazed at the difference's. Keep in mind what suits you an when an where you hunt.
