They are supposed to be that tight!!!
Use a pair of pliers with shrink wrap on the parts that grab, or electrical tape. Then no damage to nocks. Need to be 20 to 40 lbs. of pressure to turn on and off. I posted pics and instructions on this on previous posts. But they are installed correct if that tight. If you need more info or instruction on operating these just PM me. Same goes for anyone else.
Have fun.

The ones I bought were .301 diameter made for Gold Tip arrows. My arrows are .300 so I shaved a tad of plastic and can turn them off with finger pressure. They work fine and hit same POI as all my arrows without them. No failures at all lighting up.
I do not agree with them being so dang tight when they are made for a larger diameter arrow. They are not made in .300 diameter for Firebolts, Black Eagles, etc.

Model GTF are .300

I took the ones off my Firebolts and stuck them in my Executioners, were very tight but with my Dan Miller pliars I could turn them off, then I realized after shooting one of the three split where the Lumenok us installed. Guess I be buying the GTF's
