To all,
This is my first time doing this so forgive my typing skills. Just bought me the new Matrix 380 Xtra with all the goodies Excalibur offered. Junked my Barnett Ghost 400 as it broke another string (second year in a row on opening weekend) can't trust it anymore so I went with Excalibur after a lot of researching. So far so good, shoots very nice. Just a little confused on the new scope on where to set the arrow speed. I'll practice some more before taking it to the woods after deer and pigs. Hopefully I'll get a chance to post some pictures soon.

in response to your question about arrow speeds on the excal scope, You first site in at 20 yards, and then once that is adjusted you take a 50 yard shot. if you hit high, adjust the speed ring to a higher velocity, low: reverse.
the speed righ has always been just a very rough estimate of speed of the arrow. What its set at doesnt mean its actual.
