Swhacked!

Post by vixenmaster »

 That is the ? My BMW shoot 266 fps wid a 400gr arrow & gets 62.66 KE. THey say takes 60lbs but where at 3' 30 yds ? I shot this Doe fer 30 yds & she was 33 yds. She swapped ends took off like a bat out of hell. I got down walked to shot area no arrow, i cast around saw turned leaves & such. I found 4 - 7 small drops of blood. I set my Vixen down & my pack. I went n got me girls n ther 3 wheeler. Doe had the entrance hole the 2 blades 1". It never made it trhu to touch the ribs on the far side. I am not goin to use Swhackers wid this slow fps BMW. Yes she was dead 28 yds from the place i shot her. That bein said it was a good placed shot

Booger's turn when it gets cooler here, its hiitin 83 degrees n i caught hell gettin her skint & in big cooler wid all the flies knats yellow jackets. I huntin no more til it gets in low 50's. String is a vixenmaster string, they be killers
I looked at the arrow n BH, arrow is good fer another round. Swhacker is dead, has bent blade n the same blade is bent backwards besides to the side. This one is a 1 hit wonder  I reckon you need sumpin pushin 300 fps + fer these things to get a pass-throught wid a 400 gr arrow

Mike
Congradulations! Tender vittles or sure.

Switch over to Slick Tricks. I've always gotten complete pass through out to 35yds. Even with an older CB that shoots a slow 265fps.
You sure you can skin griz, pilgrim??

Nice Mike. Got some good meat to eat now. :D
The Swacker did it's job it seems. Killed her dead and a 28 yard tracking job Is real short. Sounds like you Swacked a rib or two.
