Very light Quiver Mount On Matrix

In the mid 90's when Kwikee Quiver came out with the Kwik-3 I put one on my Excalibur and never used another quiver ever. 3 arrows afield and at 5.6 oz this quiver was perfect the way I see it.

I wanted the lightest over the top mount for my Matrix Blackout and early this year Kwikee introduced the Carbon Kwik 3 that almost matches the blackout limbs.

I mounted the Kwik bracket directly on top of the Matrix riser by drilling two mount holes (#18 drill and drill press) and using a 10-24 tap to thread it.

The view through the Leupold VXR 2x7 is unobstructed throughout the 2-7 power range. One is viewing between the quiver and arrows. Once on stand we always remove the quiver anyway.

Overall I am very pleased with this simple install and the lack of overall weight added by using one of the popular over the top mounts, plus some $$ savings.

I was just looking at the same quiver today, that's the way to go for sure. It looks like your limb set is bolted on to your rail off center unless it's just the picture. You might want to check that.

Nice looking quiver, I just put a Danny Miller mount and a Bohning 4 arrow tactical on my Matrix they both look pretty good

hey enourmus i have the same quiver in camo on my vortex took it off my vert, i like mine also. i keep my quiver on the side, it seems to be out of way there, could not get used to over the top. if u need more than 3 ya gots problems.

Yes Mike, I have a full field of view from 2-7 power. I am happy the way this fits without the need for an accessory bracket.
