Strand count for strings

I've got 450plus and B50
I'm was going to try and twist up some strings for my new Matrix 380 what should the strand count be for these two materials, as I'm sure they would be different.

I don't have the technical information on 450. You should contact Xcalibur or Vixenmaster. I believe they both use BCY products.
Some people just like stepping on rakes
