Story and picture tomorrow. I am BUSHED. Good night all.

This season started on a bright note. Opening day September 14 I saw a deer. The season went dorment, untill last night.
I was on my stand about 4pm, at 511pm I saw a deer. I looked it was a buck. It first I thought no shot as all I saw was rump. He turned broadside and started to move. This was good as I got my bows limb in behind the tree I am in. (hate to see the bows limb hit the tree)
I got a good sight picture and fired. The arrow hit the boiler room and exit the far side hiting the far front leg. He staggered into some trees on his right then the left. He walked away did a stagering circle, and fell down. He was done.
I called my wife, she answered I said "buck down" she said "what" , I said "buck down". That was 512pm on the phone.
I called the land owner and asked for a tractor ride. He sent his daughter out with the mid 60's era B10 Allis tractor. I drug the deer about 75 foot to the tractor trail.
The shot was 50 foot and about 25 to 30 yard recovery after the shot.
I think this was the first deer that did not stick his tongue out. He was realy FAT, cold winter?
