I'd say he pre-separated the hide with a compressor. I wouldn't want my hind quarters stabbed up like that, and he threw away a lot of hamburger in those flanks and neck.

Just my thoughts.

That's 'bout how long it takes me....................
to get the gloves on and the knife ready.

I'd say that deer was very freshly (and cleanly) killed for the hide to peel that easily. A commercial (farmed) venison plant maybe?

They didn't show how long the air was used, the hide had already parted from flesh before zorro got started

I agree is seems he was being pretty wasteful and stabbing up the hams would have bothered me. I also don't know too many hunters that drop their deer off at the processor without field dressing it first. Looks to me to be a commercially raised deer as I didn't see any wounds on the body cavity. I think I will just take my time, save as much meat as I can, and keep all 10 fingers attached.

I shot one, field dressed it, brought it home, hung it up and skinned it and cut off the meat (backstraps, tenderloins, each front leg whole, and cut 3 roasts out of each hind qtr, then picked the rest of the carcasss for burger) and got that in the refrigerator in about 3 hours. I thought that was fast.

He was pretty slick with the knife, I don't gut my deer either in the woods anymore unless its real hot outside I've found out its a lot cleaner to gut the deer like he did after the deer is skinned. I usually kill 5 or 6 deer a year if I get a chance and my deer meat is still very tasty with no wild taste.

Pretty sad video. Plain and simple. Yes it was done with air prior to being skinned and he wasted a lot of good meat. This is great video for the anti hunters to use..... a lot of waste for a life..... we have to watch what we post as the anti's will run away with this in their propaganda..... even things you post the anti's are out there looking to use your posts for their good use. that deer didn't feel a thing. Though this is impressive I like cracking a beer, telling my story 10 times over to everyone that walks in and sees it for the first time, have more beer, then try to hang it with 3 drunk guys, 2 of them as foreman's lol
