I finally was able to break in the Vortex this morning on this 8 pt. Its not the biggest buck in these woods but I was not gonna pass this one up for my first crossbow kill.

Congrats on yer deer, rack size no matter. I really don't put deer in as trophy's, they be meat on the hoof. Some have a few more lbs of hamburger or sauage than the next one. If'en i ain't got no meat in the pot fer cookin then anyone of them that comes wid-in my range is comin home fer lunch & supper
