Old or defective limbs?

Post by Pydpiper »

Where do they end up?
I am looking for 4 limbs to make legs for a coffee table for my gun vault, I have an idea in my head and I think limbs is just what I need.
When defective limbs are replaced, do they go back to the factory?
I would like to make a glass top table with old Excalibur stuff inside it, that I have, it is the legs that I need next..

Flashlights are my "thing", I have close to 200 of them.. Before guns started stealing all my "fun money" I was ordering lights from all over the world, modified, customs, and "one of's". I have a custom light being made as we speak, should be done and here by January, likely outdated by February.

Called Excalibur, and as I expected, they can not send out defective limbs. Totally understandable.

Perhaps Excalibur would send them out if they made them unusable by cutting a few inches off the end removing the mounting hole.

Just a thought.

That's a good idea, but the was planning on using the mounting hole to secure the leg to the table..
Wasn't thinking it would be all that hard to get a hold of some, I may have to buy new ones, or later my plan.

That's what I was thinking... maybe contact excalibur, explain what you want to use them for, maybe they can accommodate you with some limbs that have been made unusable for a bow. :?:

Or buy 3 new ones and you'll always have spares. A one off table would be worth the few extra bucks. I made a seat from the back of a car and I won't tell you how much I have in SS trim and chrome, but I will say a 4 legged Excalibur table would have been way cheaper.
