Excalibur customer service

Post by bolt chucker »

Customer service. Nothing to big or to small. Sent a email asking about a new safety sticker that came off my vortex. Ya know the one red=fire green= safety. About a hour later got a email back from a Dawn Douglas saying send me your mailing address and I'll get one right out to you. That's why I love my Excalibur. Nothing to small :D

My first post was about my Dynaflight center serving, it lasted about 50 shots. One call to Danny and tonight my ibex has a new in box dyna. Turn around time is awesome!

I'm on the fence. First contact with them was just as the op described. Second time was over 4 weeks ago in regards to bad luck with the tact zone scope (first one the crosshairs became crooked, second one got fogged up.). I'm on my third one now from cabelas but would rather send it back for something else. Sent 2 or 3 e-mails and nothing but crickets. Burnt out tact zone complaints maybe?

Call the toll free number 800-463-1817 and just tell them your problem...I like to talk to a person rather than email myself. Hope it works out and if it does please let us know how it went

You should have got a response by now. We either never got your email or we missed it somehow. Please call us, 800-463-1817 ext. 204. If you send us an email and don't get a response within 24 hours please call us. We get hundreds of emails a day and sometimes it takes us a while to get to them all.
