Thanks one and all!

I was a lung shot kind of guy; but on more than one occasion would not get a complete pass through and ruined a lot of meat.
So switching to the liver still put a gapping hole from my 100 grain Wasp Jackhammer - 1 3/4 inch blades would have them bleeding quickly . Shorter retrieval more meat to eat !!
Leave the concrete jungle behind and just go hunting !

wow youre the first person ive ever heard that shoots for the liver. Now that's just behind the lungs right? Oh by the way congrtats to the win and a great year!

Yep a liver shot drains the critter quicker !

Almost a sweep ! ... Two monster whitetails , doe and buck ! ( they must have beed really chowing down pre season ! )
