The mega email kinda pissed me off. No details, just wasted my time telling me that they're coming out with a new product. Like we didn't know that a bow company was working on the next product, duh!

Cheers,
This is the link with all the specs, but in my email it was just a link to a partial picture of the Matrix 405 Mega. Basically Excalibur lengthened and shortened the rail and threw in some different camo patterns and thought of new crossbow names/numbers. I still think the Matrix 330 will be the most popular of the new line since more speed or energy is redundant.

I agree . I was sorta thinking the 355 was the best value offered . Everything has a point of no gain .

I got the email as well and the bow last January.
Let me tell you boys, this thing smokes and holds the same accuracy potential (excellent) as the other Matrix bows.
I've run 800+ shots through it with no hitch. The best I got was less than one inch at 50 yards with run of the mill factory fletched BEAs and broadheads. Nothing was done, just slapped on broadheads and shot.
I'm sure that the right person would be able to shoot one hole groups with this bow.
