Crossbows have a reverse recoil that can eat scopes, even high dollar rifle scopes.

It depends on the construction of your 22 scope. A phone call to the manufacture may be better suited, so you know for certain if it will be ok.

Example: Leupold rimfire scopes will work without problems. Also a quality air rifle scope should be ok.

I thought you might be asking about a 22 scope you had on hand. I don't know anything about Simmons optics.

If you are shopping for a scope to use on your crossbow, then find the best one for your budget and needs. You don't need a large objective nor high magnification on a crossbow. A simple low fixed power or low variable power with a 32mm objective is all you need.
