How Much $$ For Axiom?

How much should I (Canadian) expect to pay for an Axiom?

I see it's $599 in amazon (+ shipping and taxes it's closer to $700!)

It's anywhere between $500 and $700 - seems a bit much no?

I can handle paying $500 brand new but I would prefer to find something perhaps used with reduced cost.

Although, it will be my first bow and I want to be sure it's in great condition and not overused or breaking down.

Now is very good time to look in the tradin post here fer used models. I see a good many at decent prices. $275-$600

MSRP is $599 so that should be the most you'll see it for, it is only sold as a package deal, so it's ready to hunt with right out of the box less broad heads.

If your looking at a used one, don't worry about usage, these Xbows are pretty much indestructible and they stand behind them even if you're the second owner. The only concern you need to have, is how much visual wear and tear would you tolerate on a used Xbow. Excalibur's are much more durable and low maintenance compared to all other Xbows. Another option is to check smaller archery shops, my wife picked up a Phoenix with the light stuff package for a great deal at a local one.

New or used you won't regret owning one.
