With the "Homeland security " thing going on, I don't think that ordering one from the States is possible. That is unless Dan has an export permit. Anybody know for sure?

Yup, as I mentioned in another thread exporting scopes from the good ole USA can only be done legally if the seller has an export permit which I believe is quite pricey and even if Danny had this permit, which I doubt, your scope would not be under warranty in Canada.

Korth group has the monopoly on Leuopold scopes in Canada, they are the only legal importer of these scopes into Canada so we have to bend over to them unfortunately.
