Dryden ( northwest Ontario)ton of snow this year around here it is going to be hard on the deer .

I'm in Caledon , just south of Orangeville . Matrix 355 and hunting deer, turkey and sometimes duck+geese

I guess we have guys from all over Ontario looks like 90 percent are in southern Ontario, hunting deer and turkey. Any one venture north For moose.

No deer, no turkey up here where I live. Only moose. I plan to hunt north of the 50 th parallel for moose this fall. It's about a 3 1/2 hour drive because it is north-west of where I live. I can hunt for bucks, females or fawns in this area. We could hunt for woods caribou but they closed the caribou season a couple of years ago.

I may go further south for deer a bit later in the fall.

Lots of snow geese and Canada geese in my region. Actually....tons of them. Farmers' fields often are all white from the huge numbers of snow geese. Nobody seems to hunt them with crossbows. Do you have any tips on hunting geese? What broadheads do you use?
