Was nice here today, Cold but not raining like it was yesterday ...I even brought out my new target to shoot and mixed up some arrows plus one I had the was only 15 1/2 inches....its the one in the middle. The new target makes for easy pulling out the arrows....now if it only holds up for a bit.

Power was out from Fri. till yesterday morning with Sat. evening snow for a bonus.
Your right though spring is running late. Looks like the entire U.P. getting snow tonight their deer herd in areas not going to come out on top this year.
You,ll get some shooting in. At least a week before deer season .

We loose power far to much for living in portage so close to the airport . And our water main froze for most of the winter . argh so ready for spring , but i can do without "construction" (Michigan's version of summer )

Orange barrels blossoming soon. Yep. I seldom complain about fuel costs due to tax but our roads are garbage. Improper bases and thin asphalt. When visiting Canada its all ways note worthy that despite their frost levels the roads are sweet ,at least the ones we run.Proof it can be done right. That and the time it takes to replace roads here is insane let alone resurfacing times.
