My M405 is Good 2 Go~!

Good day,

I've been saving my pennies for a few years and bought a 405 (the day of the recall) at Al's Corner Store in Arnprior ON. Al was a great help and he has quite a shop which is very deceiving from the outside.

I cant say enough about how Excal handled the recall. I live in the KW area so I dropped off the entire unassembled kit. I already knew that Excal's customer service is second to none and as expected it was a seamless experience and Dawn was great.

I received word that my bow was ready and like a high school kid on a Friday afternoon I cut work early to pick it up. When I arrived home I opened the box to find a few more items than I had sent in ... Nice touch Excal and very much appreciated although not necessary.





I relaxed and assembled it while I watched the NHL playoffs although the Bruins weren't playing there were some great games on ...

The M4 makes it #4 in my tool chest (ExoMax, Exocet, Camo Vixen) and I cant wait to take her for a test drive~!

Great looking mounts Sandman. I'm sure I sound like a broken record here but I am itching to draw a 405 however none of the dealers around here have a 405 in stock. I see you also have an Exomax, and I owned one as well..when you get a chance to draw that 405 could you report here or PM me how much more difficult the 405 is to draw then the Exomax? I had no problems pulling the Exomax so I would like to get a comparison if you wouldn't mind....Thanks, Fred

fred I had a max and now a 380 ..I don't feel the 380 is any harder to pull back in fact it may a little easier due to the short draw. everyone who has owned a 380 says the 405 is not much different.
If you had no problems with the max then youll have no worries with the 405.

Just goes to show Excals dedication to there customers. Very nice jesture on there part. If something is wrong they make it right and then some. There dedication to there customers is far and few between now a days. Just makes me all the more happy they got my hard earned money. That is one SWEEEET!!!!!!!! bow.
