Good day scouting and picked up some sheds.

Post by Sandman »

Hello all,

I went for a walk on one of the properties I hunt in Ayr ON and did a little scouting for the turkey opener. I spent a few hours on the 280 acres and not only located the birds I also found a few sheds to boot.

One side of a nice big 8 point which I'm hoping will be around in October November as well as both sides of a small 8.

This was my first year shed hunting and I really enjoyed it and it was fun watching my lab trying to find them!!!

Super cool! Wow! A matching set.. My dad back in 1969 found a matching set of 10 pt sheds up in Da UP of Michigan. Before I was a twinkle.. I have the horns today. Dark old cedar swamp antlers.. perfect.

Nice find and always good to get out after a cold winter and a bad case of cabin fever.

My lab found this one for me this past weekend. Not surprising she located it; its an old shed and it smells! A day later and my truck still kind of stinks! LOL
