Deer attractant
Hey All:
Has anyone used a product called "Deer Cane"?
My son and I are thinking about putting some out now and refreshing it a few times over the summer leading up to next years archery season.
Any experience or tips would be appreciated.
Thanks

I have started to use it last Fall. Nutten has shown up yet & i have went thru 2 1/2 gals. Limbs & Sticks is usin it & they be tearin the ground up at his place
Re: Deer attractant
I tried it last spring worked well. I got both powder and liquid as gifts in the fall put both at different locations but havent been back to check. I think mineral salt is better the dug a hole two foot deep at all my mineral pits.

Re: Deer attractant
I use the powdered Caine, the deer rip up the ground where it's at. I started a spot 2 seasons ago with it in front of my ladder stand, and I freshen it up several times a year, it's now about 12" deep and about 5 feet around. Have yet to catch one actively digging in it but I will sooner or later
Got a jug of C'mere Deer the other day on clearance, gonna give it a try too but I'm surprised at how they tear the deer caine up. I started a new spot last Saturday with the caine, I'm anxious to see what it looks like.

The log was a ft or so longer, this is the liquid, just pour it on, going to stay with it until i find something better, got a new block with corn in it going to test it soon.

These stumps and log are right off of trails crossing or different trails fingering in to one or two trails coming or going, I've all ways looked for a junction, works best for me, everything eats at it here also.
