Matrix 310

Post by Spike Country »

Didn't notice any thing on this forum but Wyvern just posted on another forum about the new Matrix 310. Seems excalibur has put these together for NY hunters. It's a basically a M330 with a less aggressive riser keeping the draw weight at 200lbs.

I need a sticker for one for my M355. Illinois has the same dumb 200lb limit.

I agree! Why do some states have such a thing. I'm not sure I've ever heard of a maximum rifle or shotgun to be used for hunting. . .why is it for the xbow ? ? ? Strange world we live in and its only getting stranger.

Okay, everyone is being very gentle with this so I'll say it. ARE THESE LEGISLATORS ON CRACK!!! I've never heard anything so completely STUPID! I understand the concept of minimum draw weight or kinetic energy to avoid wounded animals but maximum limits??? There's no logic there whatsoever. I guess it's true, ignorance can be fixed but stupid is forever! :x

Should be a sweet little bow! They have some dumb laws in place. Here in NC they have a 150lb minimum.

If you take a look at Ny firearm's laws, you'd realize most politicians don't have a clue about the real world...

I figured xcal would be bringing out a 200lb matrix for my state but I figured it would have been next year. There may be a new M310 in the future for me!
