Hats off to Excalibur improving customer service.

Great communication is an added bonus to the company,s standing behind their products and customers. Adds more value to already top shelf products.
Cheers!

I read the topic title and was wondering how in the world they were "improving customer service" . . . .just maintaining the level of Excalibur customer service has to be a 24/7/365 committment!

Anybody that asks me why they should buy an Excalibur, customer satisfaction is the first thing that comes out of my mouth.

Always makes me a little nervous when the powers to be feel a change is necessary expecially to something that seems to work just fine already exceeding most peoples expectations.

Actually, the powers at be was me. :D There are always ways to make any system better. With increasing volumes of sales and therefore warranty traffic we needed to find a way to continue to offer the best service possible. Technology changes and it makes sense to use the tools available. How we look after our customers has not changed, we just added a few new tools to our customer service tool box. :D
