Excalibur Scopes

Post by darwal44 »

I heard from a reliable source that Excalibur scopes are not of such a good quality. Is that true? What brand of scope would you recommed me?

Thanks

Most on here would agree that the Leupolds takes the top spot.
I have a Nikon Bolt which I think is a close runner up.
Then the Hawk and Redfield
I don't think you can go wrong with either

I put a Tact Zone on my 405 and love it but I only hunt with it and it will work good for that If I was shooting in 3d shoots or professionaly I would probably explore other options but for hunting its just fine :D

I really like the tact zone scope on my matrix,
I don't like the yardage markers on the bolt.
I like the 20 30,40,50 on the tact zone better.jmo

I like both of my Tac Zones but but Wyvern Creations has a great deal on a closeout on Hawke XB 30's for $139.00 plus free shipping they're great scopes as well as the Leupolds.

Better crossbow scopes not in any order, Leupold-Nikon-Hawke(some) but i have had very good luck usin varizones from Excal even if'en they be only mediocre. I have 2 varizones one on Miss Vixen & the other on Marie Laveau

I used to have a Excal Varizone, but all of a sudden it started to get dirty from inside. It was still working but the dirt was annoying.

Well all Excalibur scopes are made in China. I personally recommend Leupold, but Redfield and Nikon are very good as well.
