Here's the deal. Ultimately, you will be helping Excalibur and yourself.
The objective is to test a new serving.
Resources needed; I need 10 shooters with an Exocet 200, Vortex, Equinox or Exomax. I need 10 shooters with a 380 or 405.
Methodology; I need the shooters to clock on a minimum of 300 shots (500 would be better) on a factory string that I supply. At the end of the shooting, the shooters mail their string with information on the number of shots and the bow used to Danny Miller.
In return for your shooting you get to use a string for free and Danny will send you a factory string of your choice.
I'll send you a string and string wax. Just pop the shot string into an envelope and send it to:

If I don't get enough responses, no one gets a free string and I'll just ask Excalibur to test the new serving on their shooting string.
You guys are going to be shooting anyways to get geared up for hunting season so why not use a string that you didn't pay for? I think that involving forum members is fun and you guys get something out of it along with the satisfaction that you helped.

Edit to add:the serving material that is being tested is BCY's Powergrip in 0.032" diameter.

I'd like the shooting to be done in 3 weeks, give or take.
Anyone with rough latches that are eating servings need not apply for obvious reasons.

Edit to make the second sentence in bold and in large letters. This is not a test to see how fast your rough latches will eat a serving!
