My First "Robin Hood"

Post by F250-2 »

I was practicing some 40 yard shots from the bench last night. I'm still struggling with the excess trigger travel and clicks prior to breaking. Anyway, the 380 is still scary accurate ! My four shot groups were very tight. I was thinking maybe I should not be shooting all four arrows at the same point of aim - but - no - that won't happen. Yup !! I fired one arrow, and when I fired the next shot, the impact sound was not right. I walked to the target and found a perfect "Robin Hood". My wife was impressed. She said, "No excuses for missing this season !" Diablo arrows with 100 gr. target points.

Congrats! Now don't shoot at the same spot, it gets expensive. :D

When arrows became so expensive, it stayed away from the same spots. That being said, Robin Hoods are awesome!

Congrats on the shooting! I managed a couple robin hoods too. These crossbows are really accurate I don't think I will ever buy a crossbow from any where else.

Great job again

I learned my lesson, my Vixen II first day out of the box. I had to order more arrows. :( :(
