I recently purchased a Truglo red dot scope for my Excal Eclipse. While looking through the scope I can see what looks to be a reflection of the lens that the light comes out of. Depending on the lighting this creates lines in my field of view while I am trying to shoot.
It seems that sometimes the field of view is clear and all I see is the reticule (red dot) but other times I see the outline of the other lens. This is the case indoors and outdoors.
Is this normal?

Re: Truglo (red dot) scope question
Unfortunately yes. And it's why I gave up using them.
