real hard to tell this time of year , good solid body horn just outside the ears . I would say 2- 3 maybe ,you will be able to tell better when his neck swells .any way he is big enough to eat :)

My guess would be 2.5- 3.5 years old based on the size of his head, and snout. That is a guess for anyone that does know the genetics of this buck, and his antler growth history. The teeth tell the age the best, now I would say he tops 190 pounds.

I'd go along with that assessment.
If I had a shot I doubt he'd get any older, though.

2nd season ... he doesn't look too wide in the hips and no belly sag ... young buck for sure ... Only one side to his rack or is that just my fading eye sight ?

youngish looking face
no sag in the back
no pot belly
antlers just outside the ears

In most places in north america I would place him between 2 - 3 years old.
