Louisiana Landlock law
I'm in jeopardy of losing 1 of my 3 property owners I lease from. The property I may lose are in the front section of the three. Front section I will lose is close to a state hwy while the other back two properties is land lock by other owners and water. We have access out property only thru the front section cause this is no other way. I understand the Louisiana law protects land owners having the right away to their property. I'm not sure 100% if the leasee does. I'm checking with law firms tomorrow but wondering if anyone has input or experience this same situation?
Respect everyone, but fear no one

I know in michigan the lessee has the same access rights that the property
owners have,, the lease transfer those rights to the lessee ,, good luck
