Don,

Guy with biggest one is Wing, you two have met. The Boo string did the job! Logeman is in picture as well. My 380 which John had you do trigger on and string as well did not see much action this year. We had moose on us everyday, 8 of us hunted in groups of 3-3-2 and everyday we had bulls responding to calls. The wind did us in a number of times but sure was fun to have all that action. We could have filled several cow tags as we saw a fair number of them as well. The 3 bulls all down within 80-100 yards. One was arrowed by two guys as it ran right to second guy after first arrowed it. Excalibur users had 150 bolt utters and 150 4 blade slick tricks. Moose shot on day 2-6-7.

Logie and Wing is great people, John joined our group 3 yrs back. He arrowed one the first day of year 1 and a second one in year 2 with us, he called in Wing's bull this year. Wingy and I have hunted moose together for 25 yrs! Once I get more pictures from guys I'll post more and a story of hunt.

Dave, Wing invited me into your group and from what I understand it's a great group, but sadly, I just don't have the time.

Here is The gang working on moose #3 tagged out! I had one coming in when they arrowed this one! Call on radio said shut hunt down, tagged out, gotta love that call. We use VHF radios to all keep in touch when down to last tag, don't need any extra hearts in the salt. While hunting each group uses FRS radios to advise each other what moose is doing. The 3 bulls amounted to 1700 LBS of meat dropped at butchers. That is all the quarters and everything else deboned and bagged and packed out. We leave very little for the whiskey jacks.

Don,
From all I've hear and read, you is Good People Too! We like good people, whenever you see a chance you let us know. Our Texas hunt is a hawg bonanza if you can ever make that one, you are always welcome. I have wanted to meet you for a few years, Boo Fest is same weekend I'm always at the Eastern Traditional Rendezvous in Denton Hill Pennsylvania each year. In fact I told my kids I wanted to skip Denton to go to Boo Fest this past summer, they said we going to Denton! They have grown so fond of that event it seems to be solidified.
