Lots of deer in the area, my buddy lived north east of Campbellford on county Road 50, we were successful every year. He has since moved so I haven't hunted that area for a couple of years. Good luck.

That area is or has some very nice looking deer country. But as with any area, it will depend on the actual area you are talking about, but in general, from the highway 35/115 east is good deer area.

Good luck

I have hunted 71 for 10 years now I'd say this year the numbers are down. We got 6 mature deer, no monsters we usually get from 6 -9 so it wasn't a bad year but it seemed that sightings were down. Hard long winter and early snow may have had an effect.
