the differences between the Grizzly and Cub,,,I have been told the strings are the biggest difference that accounts for the FPS listings ,,,same riser??Length of pull MUST be different!These models I think will be to market around March/April....considering one or a 330/310,,,but I have a very short length of pull,,,

checking the specs at wyvern creations the power stroke is 11.5" on both bows . the cub is listed as 190lbs and the grizzly 200lbs . maybe a diffrent riser ?

the Grizz uses the efficient 200 CRT limbs..im guessing they are different

the cub has a 10# lighter draw and is one inch shorter . the power stroke is listed as the same for both . With the cub being a youth model the stock would be shorter . By one inch if the specs are right . I expect the draw weight diffrence is in the riser design ,I don't think they would make 10# weaker limbs for one bow but i supose they could .

Just like the Matrix 310 and 330, same bow but different risers.

Thanks for all the replys everybody,,,have to wait and see what Excal sez in their reply,,,like I had mentioned my LOP is 12-12.5 inches,,,guess I will wait for the local Cabelas or archery store to get inventory,,,will go from there,,,my thought train here would see if it were possible to aquire a Cub with the Grizzly components that make if faster,,,we shall see

Well I received my answer today from Dawn at Excal,,,the only difference between the Grizzly and the Cub that accounts for the FPS ratings is THE STRING!!!

This is the same thing Danny Miller said when I has asked him a couple days before and I questioned his answer,,,,

That is the last time I will ever doubt his words,,,he is the Excal Master-B!!!
